Michael Ovitz is working on developing a Tom Clancy project for TNT, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Tom Clancy’s Homeland Security" focuses on a team of domestic intelligence operatives who fight enemies both in the U.S. and abroad, the story says. Ovitz is slated to executive produce the project, which would be his first on-screen television credit.
The development is also a rare TV project for Clancy, who is slated to also executive produce and co-write the procedural. Clancy’s efforts have tended to focus on film, such as adaptations of "The Hunt for Red October.”
