MTV announced it is pulling the plug on a reality show that has been airing to modest ratings, reports EW.com’s Inside TV blog.

The show is “The Buried Life,” which has been on the air for two seasons. The series tracks four friends who travel around the country and help strangers fulfill their dreams while accomplishing items on their own bucket lists, such as giving a toast at a stranger’s wedding, the story says.

Despite the cancellation as a series, the network wants to continue to work with the team in another format, the article adds.
