The owner of a beachfront house in Malibu is angry about what he says is the unauthorized use of the house by a reality show, and has filed a lawsuit against the show, TMZ.com reports.

The show is Bravo’s “Bethenny Ever After,” starring Bethenny Frankel. The people behind the show are reportedly included in a lawsuit filed by Bijan Shahmoradi.

The story reports that Shahmoradi “claims he leased the $13,000-a-month house to two people, who then illegally subleased the house to NBC Universal for the purposes of taping the show.”

Shahmoradi is suing the tenants for allegedly violating their lease agreement, and suing the show, saying his privacy was violated when the home’s interior was exposed on the show, according to the report. The suit seeks $25,000 and asks that future airings of episodes shot at the residence be blocked, the story says.
