Kelsey Grammer’s new Starz drama "Boss" saw a huge drop in its audience in its second week, with just 391,000 viewers tuning in for the first airing of the show Friday night, reports Deadline.com.
That represents a decline of 44% from the show’s debut, the piece points out. But the story notes that the show was airing against Game 7 of the World Series.
For its combined airings over the weekend, the drama drew 1.1 million viewers, down from 1.7 million during its debut weekend.
How about the excuse being that Boss just isn’t that good. It is Dexter as a mean old man.
