In 2007 he starred in the fictional show "Hearts ‘N Scalpels’ on the FX hit "Nip/Tuck." Prior to that he played a number of parts on TV, including the lead in the failed Fox sitcom "Kitchen Confidential."
But he’s persevered to have a successful film career and People magazine has just named this actor — Bradley Cooper — its 2011 "Sexiest Man Alive."
Cooper, 36, one of the stars of the "Hangover" movies as well as ‘Limitless," told People, "I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this [title]. I think I’m a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying."
