On the heels of news that 1980s sex symbol Bo Derek will appear on CBS’s "CSI: Miami," as previously reported, now word has surfaced that another sex symbol — associated with another decade — will also appear on an episode of the show.

One of the sexiest stars of the 1960s, and for that matter, the 1970s, Raquel Welch will also do a guest turn on the crime procedural, reports TVLine.com.

In Welch’s episode, scheduled for soon after Derek’s appearance, she plays the big momma of a Miami family, the Navarros, and the mother of evil Diego Navarro (Carlos Bernard). Welch’s guest appearance will air in early 2012.

Welch was a CBS regular in 2008 when she was a cast member on the short-lived sitcom "Welcome to the Captain."
