Fox News Uses Its Holiday Card to Do Some Gloating

Fox News is using its holiday card to gloat about its ratings lead over rivals including cable networks MSNBC and CNN and broadcasters including ABC, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The card, which was mailed to journalists, shows a sheep-sled race being won by a sled driven by a fox, the story notes. Other drivers, slower than the fox, bear the network logos of ABC, CBS and NBC. As for Fox News’ cable rivals, MSNBC and CNN, they are seen peeking from behind a hill in the background.

The holiday message inside also boasts about Fox News’ ratings:

Joy to the world for Fox News Channel

Consistently number one
We are the network viewers choose
Fair and balanced news
See our ratings we don’t lose
Beating the rest in TV news

  1. It’s like the brattiest collegiate republicans were gifted a bag of money and four studio cameras.
Awwww, Merry Christmas to everyone, even those a-holes.

  2. I haven’t seen the card but is this all they have printed on it? It would appear that they are participating in the left wing agenda of eliminating Christmas. Why the marketing committee that thought this up should be dismissed!
If it were truth in advertising it should say:
Merry Christmas to all. We’re on the top rung in the bottom of news barrel.
