Fox Sports claimed a victory in court as a district judge ruled that the Los Angeles Dodgers can’t shop the team’s television rights to new bidders while the court considers a challenge by the broadcaster, reports Bloomberg.

The judge ruled Friday that Fox Sports has a "strong likelihood of success" on appeal in a bankruptcy court ruling that allowed the team to market TV rights, the story says. The judge granted a stay of the ruling until he decides the appeal, with the judge also accepting Fox Sports’ argument that a sale of the team isn’t dependent on selling the TV rights earlier, the article adds.
