Two of the stars of the 1970s hit sitcom "Mary Tyler Moore" will be reunited on a current sitcom, reports EW.com’s Inside TV blog.

Ed Asner, who played Lou Grant on the classic TV comedy, will reunite with Betty White, who played Sue Ann Nivens. The reunion will take place when Asner guests on White’s TV Land series "Hot in Cleveland," with the episode slated to air next summer, the piece adds.

Details about Asner’s role have not surfaced, the story points out.

"Hot in Cleveland" featured another reunion from the same show earlier this year, when Mary Tyler Moore appeared in the show’s second-season debut in January, the piece notes.
