One of the stars of E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” has been accused of taking part in a brutal assault, TheWrap.com reports. The accusation is part of a lawsuit against Khloe Kardashian and 10 other unidentified defendants.
The suit was filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Chantal Spears, who’s also known as Ronald S. Spears, the story reports. It says Kardashian and her group "assaulted and battered plaintiff by violently striking plaintiff in and about her body," the story says.
The alleged attack took place Dec. 5, 2009, in Hollywood, according to the report. The lawsuit says the incident caused Spears "extreme and severe mental anguish and physical pain." Spears had to consult surgeons to deal with her injuries, according to the suit, and is seeking unspecified damages, plus medical expenses and legal fees.
TheWrap received no responses from representatives for Kardashian or Spears.
