Apple’s next version of the iPad could be released as early as February, reports BusinessInsider.com, citing Citi analyst Richard Gardner.

The device will include a screen with double the resolution of the current model, the story notes. That would give the screen the sharpness of the iPhone 4 and 4S, notes CNet.com.

It’s also speculated that the iPad 3 will include Siri, the voice-activated "assistant," CNet notes.
