USA Network will bring back one of its veteran series for another season — a renewal that will make it the longest-running series in USA history, reports TVLine.com.

The show is the detective comedy-drama "Psych," which will return for a seventh season, the story reports.

The renewal was announced via Twitter and Facebook by the show’s stars, James Roday and Dule Hill, rather than via press release, the story notes. The show is currently on holiday break but will resume its sixth season Feb. 29, the piece adds.

  1. I am happy to say that I have NEVER watched this program. I can guarantee that when it is on, I ain’t watching USA.

  2. I can guarantee I will never eat a live squid, but at least I’ve seen one. No one cares you’ve never seen the show – probably fixated on teenage pregnancy type shows or the mothers of small girls who are in beauty contests – and I’m sure you are jealous of the Jersey Shore characters. It’s one thing to be a moron, but why tell every one else?

  3. Why in the world would you bother to post this? You’re happy to have never watched this? Why?? It’s not like this is one of those obnoxious reality shows whose stars’ lives fill the tabloids. This is probably one of the least offensive shows on television — in every sense of the word.
