Actress Lindsay Lohan has survived her share of problems in the past year, but now she has another one to deal with. TMZ.com reports that she has been hit with a lien by the federal government over alleged unpaid taxes.

The Internal Revenue Service has placed a lien of $93,701 against Lohan, saying she never paid her 2009 taxes, the story reports.

The story notes: “2009 wasn’t a very lucrative year for Lohan … she only released one crappy made-for-TV movie, coupled with a few minor TV appearances.”

Word surfaced this week that Lohan is in talks to play Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime TV movie, as previously reported. On the legal front, she appears to be doing well as far as meeting the terms of her probation, as we reported last month.
