Bill O’Reilly, host of Fox News Channel’s “The O’Reilly Factor,” has signed a multiyear deal to remain at the cable channel, reports TheWrap.com. The length of the contract and O’Reilly’s salary were not disclosed.

As previously reported, O’Reilly and Sean Hannity earlier this month were close to signing new multiyear deals with Fox News, which would keep both hosts at the network past their 20-year anniversaries with FNC.

Roger Ailes, chairman and CEO of Fox News, said in a statement: "Bill’s immense talent, intellect and raw convictions are an extremely rare combination in television and exemplify why ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ has been the number one program in cable news for more than a decade. He is a tremendous force in the business and has helped to make Fox News the success story it is today.”

Added O’Reilly: "Fox News has become the primary force in television news under Roger’s leadership and I’m delighted to continue there for years to come.”
