A man who was captured on tape yelling to Bristol Palin, "Your mother’s a whore," has filed a lawsuit claiming defamation and saying he didn’t sign a release to appear on Palin’s Lifetime reality series, reports E! News.

Stephen Hanks was taped last September shouting at Palin in a West Hollywood bar. He filed a federal lawsuit, claiming he wasn’t asked to sign a release by the camera crew inside Saddle Ranch.

He is suing for unspecified damages, alleging defamation, invasion of right to privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of right of publicity, according to the story.
