CBS will get its hearing against ABC’s "Glass House" as the Tiffany Network seeks to torpedo the new show before it gets on the air. The dispute over the show, which CBS thinks is too much like “Big Brother,” will be heard Friday morning, Deadline.com reports.
CBS is seeking a restraining order to halt the June 18 debut of the reality show. Judge Gary Feess could making a ruling Friday to halt the ABC production and prevent it from airing, the story notes.
As previously reported, ABC and CBS have traded legal shots over the show, with CBS suing ABC, claiming the show amounts to copyright infringement.
