FX has renewed a popular animated comedy series that has been especially successful in attracting young male viewers. EW.com’s Inside TV reports that “Archer” will return for a fifth season.

The show’s fourth season wraps up April 11. The show this year is ranked as the No. 2 cable series among men 18 to 34 years old, trailing "The Walking Dead," the story adds.

The show has been averaging 2.37 million total viewers and 2.01 million adults 18-49, the report notes.
