Following up on its ratings success with "The Bible" and "Hatfields & McCoys," History is working on another historical miniseries, focusing this time on the Revolutionary War, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed.

"Sons of Liberty" will follow a group of revolutionaries including John Adams, Paul Revere, John Hancock and Sam Adams, the story says.

Few details have surfaced about the project, although it comes from Stephen David Entertainment, which produced History’s "The Men Who Built America." That miniseries focused on titans such as J.P. Morgan and Andrew Carnegie.

History also just announced this week that it has a Harry Houdini project in the pipeline, as previously reported.
