"Storage Wars" star Brandi Passante won a lawsuit over a porn video that she claimed was fake, but the judge awarded her the small sum of $750, reports TheWrap.

Judge James V. Selna found in her favor Friday, granting her motion for a default judgment.

Passante had sued Hunter Moore, alleging that he distributed a porn video that falsely claimed to feature her. Passante had sought statutory damages of $5,250, but Selna awarded her the smaller amount, citing "lack of evidentiary support," the story notes.
