ABC veteran Geoff Wells has joined Fox Television Stations as VP and chief information officer. Mr. Wells most recently was VP of information technology for the ABC-owned television stations group.

Mr. Wells will report to Betsy Swanson, executive VP and chief financial officer of the 35-station Fox group, and work closely with Jack Abernethy, the former Fox News executive who was named CEO of the stations group in December 2004.
