Infinity Broadcasting will change its name to CBS Radio as part of a rebranding effort tied to the pending breakup of Sumner Redstone’s Viacom, CBS officials announced Wednesday.

CBS Radio is one of several cash-generating assets that will make up CBS Corp., one of two companies to be created out of the Viacom split. The other company will be called Viacom, and will include high-growth assets such as MTV Networks. The split is expected to take place by year-end.

CBS Radio owns 179 radio stations, with the majority located in the top 50 markets.
