CBS and DIC Entertainment have determined a programming slate for the network’s fall three-hour Saturday morning programming block. CBS’s “Saturday Morning Secret Slumber Party” will include three new animated series and two live-action series, as well as three cartoon series from the DIC library.

“Slumber Party,” which premieres Sept. 16, will feature the new animated series “Horseland,” “Kooky Kitchen” and “Littlest Pet Shop” and the library product “Sabrina: The Animated Series,” “Trollz” and “Madeline.”

DIC is currently in preproduction on the live-action “CAKE,” a show-within-a-show about a girl who hosts a Martha Stewart-like cable access series. The studio is also in preproduction on “Dance, Dance, Dance!,” a reality competition and instructional show that will also feature live music.

Each of the new series will broadcast 26 episodes per season, compared with CBS’s previous Saturday morning kids block with Nickelodeon, which averaged 12 episodes per season. The network has yet to set a schedule for “Slumber Party.”
