NBC has renewed “Law & Order,” “Law & Order: SVU” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” for the 2006-07 season, Kevin Reilly, president of NBC Entertainment announced Thursday.

The flagship, “Law & Order,” which will enter its 17th season this fall, is the longest-running police series and the second-longest-running drama series in the history of television. The pickups mean an eighth season for “SVU” and a sixth season for “Criminal Intent.”

All three series are Wolf Films productions in association with NBC Universal Television Studio. Dick Wolf is the creator and executive producer of the franchise. There was no word on a pickup for Mr. Wolf’s fourth series on NBC, the first-season drama “Conviction.”
