Fox won Monday night in the adults 18 to 49 demographic with back-to-back episodes of its summer reality series “Hell’s Kitchen,” with an original episode of the cooking competition broadcast at 9 p.m. (ET) taking the top spot among all network series in the demo for the night.

The 9 p.m. episode scored a 3.4 national rating in the demo, a number that includes live viewing and same day viewing via digital video recorder, according to Nielsen Media Research.

“Kitchen” edged out a repeat of CBS’s 10 p.m. procedural drama “CSI: Miami,” which scored a 3.2 in the demo. A rerun of CBS’s 9 p.m. comedy “Two and a Half Men” was the No.3 show for Monday in the demo with a 2.4.

Game 7 of the NHL Stanley Cup finals gave NBC its best performance for the series with a 2.3 in the demo, but was down slightly from the final game’s ratings of the 2004 finals. That put NBC in third place for the night behind Fox (2.7) and CBS (2.6).

On ABC, the second installment of the summer reality series “How to Get the Guy” (1.7) was down 6 percent from its debut last week. “Guy” also took home the distinction of having the lowest ratings in adults 18 to 49 for any show on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox.
