ABC News is going to get a half-hour jump on its broadcast news competitors by starting its midterm election coverage at 9:30 p.m., instead of the previously announced 10 p.m.
In addition to beating the 10-11 p.m. CBS News and NBC News election specials out of the gate, ABC News will have “Dancing With the Stars,” which is down to its final three contestants, as lead-in.
