During his keynote speech at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, CBS’s Les Moonves unveiled the next step in CBS’ high-profile partnership with YouTube. The network is launching a new campaign on the online video site called “15 Seconds” that lets users submit 15-second inspirational messages. CBS will then choose the best videos and show those on the broadcast network.

The viewer videos will be shown throughout the season, with the first expected to air on Feb. 4 before the Super Bowl. CBS will also select videos to post on CBS.com every two weeks. Judges will then select one to air on the network each quarter.
