Online video site Veoh Networks struck a deal with US Magazine to create an entertainment show accessible on both Veoh’s and Usmagazine.com, adding a new competitor in the celebrity news genre.

Under the Veoh-Us partnership, which launches in February, Us will provide exclusive video for the site, while Veoh will provide the technological tools for the service. Users can also submit their own videos using Veoh’s technology

The deal follows news last week that Veoh had partnered with talent agency United Talent Agency to create an online resource for digital content submissions.

The project follows the announcement last week that celebrity-news Web site TMZ.com and corporate cousin Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution had signed a deal to distribute a “TMZ” show to Fox owned and operated television stations.

Veoh is the 15th-most-visited online video site, logging 520,000 unique visitors in December, according to Nielsen//NetRatings.
