Byrne Joins Litton as Exec VP, Media Sales

Litton Entertainment has tapped Brian Byrne as executive vice president of media sales, to be based in Litton’s New York offices.
“With the strong reputation and independent leadership in the distribution arena that Litton represents, I’m looking forward to bringing our programs to advertisers,” said Mr. Byrne. “As digital grows, we’ll be able to market those program opportunities as well.”
Most recently, Mr. Byrne was senior VP of the Media Group in New York. In that position, he was able to increase advertising revenue for long-form programming on eight channels of the Dish Network as well as marketing International Management Group programs (Wimbledon, the British Open) both domestically and worldwide, including online streaming.
“We are pleased to be able to bring someone with Brian’s experience and vision to Litton,” said Litton President-CEO Dave Morgan. “His knowledge of the television business at all levels is important to us, and we know that he will help bring continued success to the company.”
