Bravo Media is throwing the book at “Top Chef” fans.
The NBC Universal unit announced its first publication, “Top Chef: The Cookbook.” It contains more than 100 recipes from the first three seasons of the series, including dishes from the elimination rounds and the quick-fire challenges. An introduction is written by Tom Colicchio, the series’ lead judge.
“Top Chef: The Cookbook,” published by Chronicle Books and packaged by Melcher Media, will be in bookstores March.
“‘Top Chef’ fans are as passionate about the food on the show as they are about the contestants,” said Jason Klarman, executive VP, marketing and digital strategy for Bravo.
