Crown Media Holdings has promoted Janice Arouh to executive vice president of network distribution and service.
Ms. Arouh most recently was senior VP of network distribution and service for the company, which owns and operates Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel.
Before joining Crown Media, Ms. Arouh was senior vice president of affiliate marketing at Fox Cable Networks, where she was part of the original launch team for FX and Fox Movie Channel. She began her career at Showtime.
“This well-deserved recognition not only acknowledges Janice’s extraordinary contributions to the growth of our network, but also reflects our unlimited faith in her ability to continue to lead our organization toward even greater success in the future,” said Henry Schleiff, president and CEO of Crown, in a statement Monday.
