FX Renews Landgraf’s Contract

John Landgraf has signed a multiyear contract to remain president and general manager of Fox Network Group’s FX Networks unit.
Mr. Landgraf joined FX as president of entertainment in 2004 and became president and general manager in 2005. Since that time, the network’s ratings have grown and it has launched original series including “Damages,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “Dirt” and “The Riches.”
Mr. Landgraf also is responsible for FX HD, Fox Movie Channel and FX Productions.
“John’s done a remarkable job ensuring that FX remains true to its core programming brand, while also expanding the network into some exciting new territory,” Tony Vinciquerra, CEO of Fox Networks Group, said in a statement.
