‘O’Reilly’ Gets Rise Out of Clinton

Two nights of Hillary Clinton on “The O’Reilly Factor” pushed Fox News Channel into third place among all basic cable channels last week in prime time.
According to data from Nielsen Media Research, the April 30 edition of “Factor” with the Democratic presidential contender averaged 3.664 million total viewers, 939,000 of them in the key news demo of viewers 25 to 54. The May 1 “Factor” averaged 3.193 million viewers, 694,000 of them in the 25-54 demo.
The two-night averages of 3.428 million total viewers and 816,000 viewers in the demo were up 30% and 40%, respectively, compared to the average for the month of April 2008.
