Cablevision Ups Doodian to Employee Relations Sr. VP

Robert Doodian has been promoted to senior VP of corporate employee relations and staffing for Cablevision Systems Corp.
He will oversee employee services, staffing functions and international communications for all of Cablevision’s business units, including Rainbow Media Holdings, News 12 Networks and Optimum Lightpath.
Mr. Doodian has been at Cablevision since 1999, when he joined the company as area director of corporate employee relations. He previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KeySpan Energy Delivery.
“With more than 20 years of human resources experience, it is no wonder that Rob continues to be a tremendous asset to this company. He has a clear strategic and tactical understanding of the human resources practices, policies and tools necessary to ensure an effective workplace environment for thousands of Cablevision employees,” Joseph Lhota, Cablevision’s executive VP of corporate administration, said in a statement.
