Microsoft Chooses YuMe for Remnant Video Ads

Jun 16, 2008  •  Post A Comment

Online video advertising ad network YuMe inked a deal with software giant Microsoft to sell the unsold inventory across Microsoft’s online properties, the companies announced today.
Under the deal, YuMe will sell Microsoft’s excess online video ads as part of YuMe’s lineup of publishers, letting marketers target by audience or genre, for instance. Microsoft will aggregate its video content into a private ad network on YuMe, giving advertisers an overall picture of the spots available on Microsoft’s sites.
YuMe operates both as a video ad targeting technology and as a video ad network. Several ad networks sell extra or unsold inventory for publishers.
