Hallmark Executive VP of Programming David Kenin offers some insights into the network’s programming strategy and its goals in announcing an ambitious lineup of new original movies. Talking with TVWeek’s Jon Lafayette this week at the Television Critics Association press tour, he explains the advantages of long-form programming and talks about Hallmark’s commitment to a format that many other programmers have abandoned. The executive also provides hints into what the cable channel is after in the way of demographics.

  1. Lindsay Lohan is not actually going any place that can keep her from filming, so again, I call Baloney on this truly serious in depth inpatient rehabilitation junk. There isn’t any way the woman or her mummy will pass-up this chance to make money. And without doubt she wouldn’t detest that scram band sufficient to quit the jack and coke and quit stuffing sh*t up her awful nose.

  2. Amazing freakin blog here. I almost cried while reading it!
