Wagner, Vogt Join Researcher Ipsos Mendelsohn

Anne Wagner and Richard Vogt have joined research company Ipsos Mendelsohn in the newly created post of vice president, business development.
Wagner will work with agencies and advertisers in a business development role, while Vogt will oversee business development in the TV, mobile phones and desktops/laptops categories.
Wagner previously worked at Mediamark Research & Intelligence.
Vogt was the vice president of advertising research at TV Guide. He also served in a research management role at ABC Television Network.
With the hires, “We are sending a clear signal to the industry that Ipsos Mendelsohn is firmly committed to expanding into all facets of media research as they impact agencies, advertisers and the media alike,” Bob Shullman, president of Ipsos Mendelsohn, said in a statement.
