Multiplatform video and music network Music Choice announced today it has renewed its multiyear distribution deal with Charter, thus extending Music Choice’s video-on-demand contend for Charter On Demand subscribers.
“The multiyear deal between Charter and Music Choice demonstrates both companies’ continued commitment to providing first-rate music programming,” said Rick Bergan, Music Choice senior VP of distribution, in a statement.
As part of the partnership, Charter customers can continue to access Music Choice’s 40 multigenre music channels. Customers also will be able to choose from hundreds of music videos at any time.

I am very upset, I live in Decatur, Alabama. Our Music choice through Charter has been off the air since 4:30 p.m. Christmas Eve, all day Christmas and still today Friday. I have called charter and had 5 of my friends call. It is off in the whole city. Charter has not been helpful with this at all. It is all the 900 Music channels.
Can you do something? I am really upset!!!! I have called charter 8 times they have now scheduled an appointment for a tech to come to my home tomorrow Saturday between 3 & 5. This is pathetic. It is off in the whole city.
