Program Partners’ “Family Court with Judge Penny” is cleared for several additional syndication markets, along with time-period upgrades, the show announced today.
One of two freshman syndicated court series this year, “Penny” is expanding to Minneapolis’ KSTC, Miami’s WBFS, Nashville’s WNAB, Salt Lake City’s KCSG, San Antonio’s KCWX, and Louisville’s WBKI.
The show will also receive double-run upgrades on Milwaukee’s WMLW and Ft. Myers’ WFTX.
“‘Family Court with Judge Penny’ is the only new series in 2008-09 that has shown growth over Week One and maintained both its lead-in and year-ago time period average among Women 25-54,” Program Partners’ Ritch Colbert said in a statement. “It is clearly off to a fast start, and stations are definitely paying attention.”

  1. AGAIN. KCSG can’t be received over the air or on cable anywhere near Salt Lake City. Any claim that KCSG is a Salt Lake station is a lie. Please do a better job in fact checking.
