MyNet Readies Its Slate for the Holidays

MyNetworkTV will kick off the holiday season Tuesday with a collection of holiday-inspired movies and specials.
NFL legend and Fox NFL Sunday analyst Howie Long will host the special “Heroes at Home” on Nov. 11, which is Veterans Day. The special celebrates six military heroes around the United States.
The 2008 World Magic Awards, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, will air Nov. 26. The event benefits Feed the Children.
The network also will air the 2008 World Music Awards on Dec. 2 and shine a light on Kenya with the special “Eyes on Kenya” on Dec. 3.
New and old holiday classics including “Home Alone,” “Miracle on 34th Street,” “Olive the Other Reindeer,” “Santa’s Funniest Moments” and “Babes in Toyland” will round out MyNetworkTV’s schedule throughout December.
