Dylan Ratigan will anchor MSNBC’s 9-11 a.m. weekday block following “Morning Joe” beginning June 29.
Mr. Ratigan, who recently exited CNBC, also will serve as a contributor on NBC News programs.
Mr. Ratigan had been anchor of CNBC’s “Fast Money,” which he co-created, in addition to serving as a co-anchor on CNBC’s “Closing Bell” and a contributor on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” He also created “Fast Money MBA Challenge” and “On the Money” for CNBC.
“MSNBC is on a terrific roll, and adding Dylan really bolsters our lineup of strong personalities,” Phil Griffin, president of MSNBC, said in a statement. “Dylan will be the perfect complement to ‘Morning Joe’ and he rounds out a great team in the morning.”
