North Korea Releases Current TV Journalists Who Had Been Sentenced to 12 Years Hard Labor

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has issued a special pardon to two detained Current TV journalists, who had been sentenced to 12 years of hard labor, according to various press  reports citing the official North Korean News Agency.

The pardon was issued after Kim was paid a visit by former U.S. President Bill Clinton.
