Negotiations involving the sale of about half of concert promoter AEG Live to Cablevision and IACInterActiveCorp’s Ticketmaster broke down last week, the Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the process it didn’t identify. The proposed agreement, which would’ve had Cablevision buying 34% of AEG Live and Ticketmaster buying 15%, valued the Anschutz Corp. unit at as much as $400 million, the newspaper says.
