Comedy Central and “South Park” creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker launched a Web site that will allow users to legally download episodes from all 12 seasons of the animated series, Multichannel News reports. The site will also have behind-the-scenes videos of the show, which is Comedy Central’s highest-rated series, Multichannel News says.
