Time Warner Cable’s Barry Rosenblum, who’d overseen the New York region before moving to West Coast operations last year, will take over the company’s Texas region, replacing the retiring Wayne Knighton, Multichannel News reports. Mr. Rosenblum’s New York and West Coast duties will be taken over by New York City division president Howard Szarfarc and Los Angeles division president Stephan Pagano, respectively, Multichannel News says.
