National Cable & Telecommunications Association President Kyle McSlarrow said Federal Communications Commission Chairman Kevin Martin will remain an adversary to the cable industry for the rest of his term, Multichannel News reports. The industry is building relationships with the other four FCC members in order to make regulatory progress, Multichannel News says, citing comments McSlarrow made at a conference yesterday.
