Comcast executive VP David Cohen said in a letter to the Federal Communications Commission last week that he was “disappointed” with and “perplexed” at FCC Chairman Kevin Martin’s comments about a Comcast agreement with peer-to-peer service BitTorrent, Multichannel News reports.
