GroupM, Ogilvy in Entertainment Venture

WPP’s GroupM media buying unit and its ad agency Ogilvy North America are forming a branded entertainment joint venture that will create content designed to promote their clients’ products, the Wall Street Journal says. The sister companies share clients including Unilver, American Express and IBM.
