LG Electronics created a marketing campaign around a fictional television show called “Scarlet” to launch its new red-paneled flat-screen television, the Wall Street Journal reports. The $100 million campaign features actress Natassia Malthe in a series of TV and online ads that don’t mention LG, the newspaper says.
