Major shareholders of Discovery Communications have delayed taking the company public until the third quarter, the Wall Street Journal reports. The transaction had been scheduled to take place in the second quarter. “Sometimes it takes more time than you would like to put together” the terms and conditions, a Discovery Holding Co. spokesman said.
