‘Sopranos’ Creator Inks Paramount Film Deal

“The Sopranos” creator David Chase signed an agreement with Viacom unit Paramount Pictures to write and direct his first feature film, Web site DeadlineHollywoodDaily reports. Paramount Chairman Brad Grey, who co-executive produced the mob series with Mr. Chase, might benefit further from the new agreement because Time Warner’s HBO doesn’t have automatic rights to a possible “Sopranos” movie,

    make great movies….
